Barnum is dead is a high-contrast editorial feature produced for Whatevr Magazine, exploring avant-garde silhouettes and theatrical styling. Photographed by Austn Fisher, the series centers on an emotive, sculptural approach to fashion portraiture, utilizing monochrome palettes and nuanced studio lighting to emphasize tactile fabric textures and form. Featuring performances by Bimini and Tayce, the project leans into surreal and graphic aesthetics. Movement direction by Liam John works in tandem with elaborate hair styling by Takumi Horiwaki and theatrical makeup by Natsumi Narita.
