Vogue Portugal's 'Lifestyle of the Rich and the Famous' is a high-fashion editorial series that leans into surrealist tropes and maximalist aesthetics. Photographed by Sam Spence, the project explores themes of opulent, lived-in luxury, oscillating between moody, flash-lit interiors and sun-drenched, retro-inspired vignettes. Fashion editor and stylist Lisa Bae grounds the storytelling in texture and drama, pairing ornate, tactile garments with idiosyncratic props. The series features model Ben Massarenti, whose expressive posing is complemented by detailed beauty work from makeup artist Elayna Bachman and hair stylist Clay Nielsen. The result is a cinematic and playful narrative that captures a nostalgic, high-end sensibility across diverse settings, from baroque-inspired rooms to garden retreats.
