Vogue Japan presents an expansive fashion editorial series captured through the distinct lens of photographer Petra Collins. The project leans into a nostalgic, analogue aesthetic, utilising natural light and characteristic film grain to craft a series of intimate portraits and wide-ranging location shoots. Creative direction by Raul Martinez anchors the work, spanning diverse environments from industrial workspaces and greenhouse structures to expansive coastal and rural settings. Fashion editor Yoko Miyake delivers a styling narrative that balances structured, tailored garments with high-texture metallic and knit pieces. The production features model Mona Kawasaki, with additional contributions from hair stylist Yu Nagatomo and makeup artist Rie Shiraishi. Tiffany Godoy serves as Head of Editorial Content, overseeing the project’s overarching editorial vision.
