Vogue Japan A-Z of Ida 2026

About

Vogue Japan presents A-Z of Ida, an extensive editorial fashion feature centering on model Ida Heiner. Through a series of vignettes, the project explores high-contrast styling and dynamic character portraits across both urban and industrial settings. Photographed by Oliver Hadlee Pearch, the imagery utilises a blend of natural light and direct flash to capture varying moods, from candid street scenes to staged garage compositions. The editorial frequently employs an analogue film aesthetic, drawing on grainy textures and warm palettes to ground the diverse wardrobe, which spans from structured colour-blocked separates to performance-inspired boxing gear. Styling by Julia Sarr-Jamois defines the project's visual narrative, supported by hair styling from Joseph Pujalte, makeup by Mel Arter, and manicures by Anatole Rainey.
