Blue dreams

Mar 2026
Vogue Greece dives deep into the intersection of high-concept design and urban reality with its latest editorial feature, Blue Dreams. This project serves as a masterclass in editorial fashion, where the styling—curated with precision by Nicholas Georgiou—acts as a bridge between the sterile, controlled environment of the studio and the gritty texture of everyday city life. Through the lens of photographer Jorin Koers, the series leans into the power of juxtaposition, pairing avant-garde silhouettes and shimmering sequin-heavy ensembles against the stark, industrial backdrop of a commercial laundromat and weathered urban walls. The imagery relies on the technical precision of studio strobe lighting to emphasize the structural integrity of bold, pleated tops and tweed jackets, while natural light is harnessed to bring a soft, diffused quality to lifestyle-leaning portraits. Featuring models Popo Nauczyciel and Siri Elmelund, the shoot is further elevated by Mijo Majhen’s slick, wet-look hair styling and Camille Lutz’s refined makeup artistry, both of which ground the high-fashion aesthetic in a modern, attainable reality. By masterfully balancing these disparate visual languages, the project transforms traditional portrait photography into a layered narrative of color, contrast, and tactile material, firmly establishing a contemporary visual identity that feels both sophisticated and refreshingly authentic within the pages of luxury fashion media.
