Vogue Czechoslovakia: Illuze

Illuze is a high-fashion editorial project for Vogue Czechoslovakia that explores scale, perception, and graphic silhouette. The series, photographed by Per Appelgren with styling by Jeanna Krichel, leans into a surreal aesthetic through the use of layered compositions and multiple exposures. Central to the visual narrative is an avant-garde approach to form, featuring sculptural garments, exaggerated proportions, and clean studio environments. Hair stylist Attila Kenyeres complements the work with sleek, deliberate textures that underscore the editorial’s high-contrast, chiaroscuro lighting and monochrome palette. Models Denise Grundmann, Feli Rasztar, and Franziska Jetzek anchor the series, appearing across a range of abstract and beauty-focused portraits.
