HEDONÉ

Aug 2026
Vogue Czechoslovakia explores the intersection of tactile luxury and architectural minimalism in HEDONÉ, a fashion editorial series that pushes the boundaries of contemporary style. Through the lens of photographer Bohdan Bohdanov, the project channels a sense of intentional detachment, placing the subject against stark, textured environments that range from rough-hewn stone walls to rigid metal grids. The series leans into a high-fashion aesthetic characterized by editorial minimalism, where the focus remains firmly on the interplay between volume and form. Sabina Pinsone enhances this narrative through dramatic beauty choices, utilizing deep berry-toned lips and slicked-back hair to ground the avant-garde silhouettes against monochromatic backdrops. Whether captured through natural light or utilizing a moody, low-key chiaroscuro approach, the imagery feels both cinematic and rooted in the traditions of print storytelling. The inclusion of an analogue film technique in select frames adds an ethereal depth, contrasting the sharp geometric lines of the urban settings with the fluidity of silk and the density of faux fur. Under the guidance of casting director Silvia Macchioni, the model serves as a sculptural element, seamlessly integrating into the brutalist and industrial surfaces. HEDONÉ effectively bridges the gap between high-concept artistic portraiture and the aspirational allure inherent to luxury fashion houses, resulting in a cohesive visual study that feels both timeless and aggressively current.
