Vogue Arabia presents a high-fashion editorial series capturing the intricate craftsmanship of contemporary haute couture. The project centers on a collection of structured, heavily textured garments, ranging from metallic corsetry and fringed beaded dresses to elaborate, embroidered gold coats. Each image maintains a clean, minimalist studio aesthetic, allowing the complex tactile surfaces and vibrant color palettes of the designs to remain the primary focus. Photographer Artem Kononenko and fashion editor and stylist Sergi Padial collaborate to highlight the movement and form of these pieces against neutral backgrounds. Utilizing natural light to accentuate the reflective qualities of sequins, embroidery, and metallic feathers, the series employs a vertical editorial style that emphasizes the ornate construction and artistry of each couture garment.
