Layers of Purpose is a fashion editorial series for Vogue Arabia that explores the intersection of sculptural garment design and modern architectural forms. The project centres on dynamic silhouettes and intricate tailoring, featuring models posed against angular geometric surfaces and organic stone structures. Photographer Daniel Asater captures the subjects through a blend of high-contrast monochrome and warm editorial photography, utilising natural light to emphasise fabric texture and shadow. The series employs techniques including analogue film and matte finishes, resulting in a cohesive visual study of form and structure.
