The 'Martha' project for View on Fashion is an editorial series that explores movement and architectural scale through a high-fashion lens. Photographed by Patrick Houi, the imagery balances minimalist sartorial choices with the raw texture of industrial concrete and urban environments. Leaning into a moody aesthetic, the series utilises natural light and analogue film techniques to create striking monochrome compositions. Makeup artist Anna Neugebauer provides clean, defined looks that ground the models' voluminous, windblown hair against structured, often brutalist, backgrounds. The project is characterised by dynamic poses, high-contrast chiaroscuro, and a focus on tactile fabric details, presented through a clean, vertical editorial style.
