Silk Laundry presents its 'Protection' collection through a series of fashion editorials that combine sharp, minimalist studio photography with surreal graphic design. Photographed by Ezra Patchett with creative direction by Esther Martinez Casan, the project utilizes a split-composition layout to bridge direct lookbook portraiture with complex, multi-layered collage work. The visual narrative leans into a structured aesthetic, pairing the fluidity of the brand's signature silk garments with rigid, geometric backdrops and neutral studio tones. Makeup artist Gloria Rico provides a cohesive, clean look that grounds the more experimental elements of the project, including the use of desaturated cut-outs, negative space, and mirrored portraiture. The resulting campaign frames the collection through a combination of clean minimalist shots and dense, textured graphic compositions.
