The Faroe Tales is a fashion editorial feature for HERDES Magazine, Vol. XVIII. The project captures an intimate, atmospheric exploration of style set against the rugged backdrop of the Faroe Islands. Photographer Giuseppe Vaccaro frames model Nicolo Sala in a series of compositions that balance tactile knitwear and layered tailoring with raw, natural textures like moss, slate, and weathered timber. Art direction by Ivano Mansueto and styling by Lorenzo Garzelli define the project's visual language, which leans into natural light and analogue film techniques to create a grounded, cohesive narrative. Featuring makeup by Rodrigo Souza and casting by Simone Bart Rocchietti, the work emphasizes texture and form through both candid portraiture and detailed macro photography.
