RTR - Black on Black is a fashion editorial series that leans into high-contrast monochrome aesthetics to showcase designer apparel. The project centers on a series of studio portraits featuring model Lila Flowers, who is styled in a variety of black-toned garments ranging from sequin minis to feather-trimmed outerwear. Captured by photographer Stefano Ortega with art direction from Byron Fredericks, the production utilizes a clean, minimalist white backdrop to isolate the textures and silhouettes of the wardrobe. The editorial employs chiaroscuro lighting and crisp studio compositions to emphasize sharp lines and movement, supported by set design from Jesse Kaufmann and makeup artistry by Laramie.
