Carine Roitfeld Paris

Mar 2026
Carine Roitfeld Paris presents a masterclass in luxury fashion house aesthetic, weaving an intimate narrative that feels both cinematic and deeply rooted in the editorial tradition. Through the discerning lens of photographer Aytekin Yalçın, the campaign leans into a sophisticated, moody atmosphere where low-key chiaroscuro lighting plays against carefully curated Parisian interiors. The project functions as a visual dialogue between high-fashion portraiture and lifestyle-driven storytelling, utilizing a muted, earthy color palette that highlights the tactile richness of silk, lace, and textured boucle. With art direction from Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, the series moves fluidly between striking individual portraits and refined still-life compositions, each frame meticulously balanced to emphasize organic shapes and architectural furniture design. Hugo Villard’s makeup work provides the subtle, sharp details necessary to ground the model’s gaze, creating a sense of ritualistic stillness. By embracing natural light to catch the sheen of dark surfaces and the depth of complex shadows, the collective vision achieves a timeless elegance. This project avoids the noise of overt commercialism in favor of an evocative, slow-burn quality that defines modern luxury, successfully establishing a brand world that is at once mysterious, curated, and undeniably polished.
