Description

The Macallan celebrates the legacy of the Bond franchise through this collaborative motion piece, titled Macallan x Bond. Developed by The Leith Agency and animated by Studio AKA, the project channels a pre-production aesthetic by layering watercolour storyboard illustrations alongside detailed concept sketches. The film leans into an artistic, nostalgic visual language, utilizing hand-drawn ink work and muted earthy tones to bridge the gap between traditional craft and classic cinematic espionage. The execution features dynamic camera movements across architectural perspectives and familiar action sequences, maintaining a raw, structural feel throughout.
