Disobedient Reveries in Empty Rooms is a fashion editorial series for Study Magazine, capturing a series of stark, evocative portraits within minimalist studio settings and quiet, nondescript interiors. Photographed by Senta Simond, the project leans into analogue film sensibilities, utilizing soft natural light to emphasize the tactile quality of textured garments and the subtle nuances of its subjects. Fashion editor Charlotte Collet curated the styling, which oscillates between sculptural silhouettes and fluid, airy compositions. The series is defined by a clean, deliberate aesthetic, balancing desaturated palettes and monochromatic frames with sudden, deliberate color accents. Production was supported by the work of hair stylist Franziska Presche, makeup artist Celine Martin, and casting director Julia Lange, with editorial oversight by Editor-in-Chief Christopher Niquet.
