Band a go go! The Prettyss is a fashion editorial feature produced for Spur Magazine, exploring a relaxed and observational aesthetic. The project, led by photographer Shunya Arai and stylist Tamao Iida, brings together a series of compositions that span both indoor and outdoor settings. The imagery utilizes natural light and analogue film techniques to capture its subjects in candid, layered poses. The editorial integrates contemporary apparel, ranging from structured dark tailoring to layered knitwear, with Japanese typography and annotation styles. Through its documentary-inflected approach, the project highlights youth culture themes across several layouts, featuring models Kilian Smits and Sarah Ferguson.
