Source Material, a fashion editorial series for Robb Report U.S., explores the intersection of classic menswear and historical architecture. Photographed by Raffo Marone, the project captures model Przemek Szubert across a variety of settings, ranging from coastal backdrops to urban market scenes. Fashion editor Alex Badia curates a wardrobe of heavy wool overcoats, tailored pinstriped suits, and structured leather outerwear. Casting director Troy Westwood leans into an observational aesthetic, utilizing natural light and an earthy color palette to highlight the fabric textures and the formal precision of the garments. The series emphasizes a refined, authentic atmosphere through the use of analogue film techniques and natural light. Each frame focuses on the interplay between the subject’s tailored silhouette and weathered stone surroundings.
