Waiting for Tonight is a fashion and beauty editorial series for SCMP Style, captured by photographer Ekin Can Bayrakdar. The project explores the ritualistic nature of evening preparation through a series of composed studio portraits, blending high-key lighting with playful, narrative-driven vignettes. Featuring makeup by Kenny Leung and casting by Jean-Marc Mondelet, the series oscillates between minimalist studio photography and graphic, multi-layered editorial layouts.
