Shot with a discerning eye for contrast, the series leans into the tension between opulent, textured tweed sets and the gritty reality of city infrastructure, from stark brick facades and weathered iron fences to vibrant red construction doors. Photographer Marie Tomanova captures these ensembles—characterized by intricate beadwork, metallic fringe, and bold abstract patterns—with a clean, editorial minimalism that allows the craftsmanship of the garments to take center stage.
