RIMOWA’s A Discourse Regarding Vanity shifts the brand’s focus toward a beauty and cosmetics application, centering on the functional elegance of its signature metallic cases. The project is presented as a series of tight, cinematic visual vignettes that pair studio-lit cosmetic tools with the polished texture of aluminium. Produced by S EC Studio GmbH, the work employs a clean, neutral colour palette to bridge the gap between industrial design and personal grooming. By highlighting the interplay between skin, metallic surfaces, and makeup accessories, the project maintains a polished aesthetic executed through precise live-action technique.
