Alles Verschwommen is a fashion editorial series for Autre Magazine, captured by photographer Tyler Roste. The project explores sculptural silhouettes and high-contrast textures through a lens of intentional motion and soft-focus abstraction. By utilizing analogue film and heavy diffusion, the series shifts between high-key, luminous studio portraits and moody, atmospheric studies of form. The editorial leans into tactile layering, featuring architectural garments from designers including Givenchy, Issey Miyake, and Erdem. Roste pairs sharp, structured tailoring with distorted visual perspectives, often using reeded glass and translucent surfaces to fragment the composition. This interplay of light and shadow is further grounded by the styling of Sofia Amaral and hair and makeup contributions from Shin Arima and Sena Murahashi, with production support from Olivia Gouveia and photo editing by Alec Charlip.
