realestate.co.nz introduces its rental platform through a humorous domestic narrative focused on the parent-child relationship. The commercial leans into a live-action technique, utilizing a first-person perspective to capture the comedic tension of transitioning from home to independence. Developed by Droga5 Aotearoa, the production features a direct narrative approach with text overlays to guide the viewer. The project was executed with post-production support from The Post Office and media planning from OMD New Zealand.
