For The Look, Qantas Travel Insider presents an editorial series that explores the intersection of luxury jewellery and botanical forms. Photographer Edward Urrutia captures a sequence of intimate, macro-focused compositions, where precious metals and gemstones are meticulously arranged against organic flora. Working in collaboration with prop stylist Nadene Duncan, the project highlights the juxtaposition between polished gold, diamond-encrusted pieces, and the tactile textures of poppies, magnolias, and anthuriums. Each image is presented within a traditional magazine layout, utilizing a neutral palette and warm, natural light to elevate the delicate narrative of each piece. This series functions as a visual study of adornment and nature.
