Pull & Bear
Summer edit

May 2026
Pull & Bear's Summer Edit is a high street fashion campaign that expertly captures the hazy, sun-drenched euphoria of an endless vacation. Eschewing artificial polish for raw, tactile authenticity, the project channels a sophisticated coastal aesthetic that feels both curated and effortlessly lived-in. With photographer Joaquin Burgueño behind the lens, the imagery leans into editorial minimalism, utilizing the stark contrast between dark, craggy coastal rocks and the vibrant, translucent turquoise of pool water to anchor the collection. Featuring model Anna Pricope, the campaign moves fluidly from golden hour portraits to poolside lifestyle shots, creating a visual narrative rich with texture. Stylistic choices—such as wet-look hair, subtle sequined embellishments, and intricate paisley prints—are captured with a focus on natural light, occasionally dipping into a cinematic, analogue film aesthetic that evokes the nostalgic warmth of 35mm film. By balancing high-key lighting with the long, soft shadows of the late afternoon, the edit highlights the delicate details of the garments, from embroidered starfish appliqués to statement shell jewelry. This project succeeds by grounding its fashion-forward sensibilities in a sensory, sun-baked landscape, resulting in a cohesive visual journey that is as much about the fleeting, playful spirit of summer as it is about the clothes themselves.
