Description
Diana Loves Weights is an editorial series that leans into a playful 1980s fitness aesthetic. Photographed by Anthony Arquier, the work captures a muscular physique through a lens of high-energy, behind-the-scenes glamour. The project incorporates retro styling with voluminous, teased hair crafted by hair stylist Sadek Lardjane. Using hard direct flash and, in select frames, an analogue film finish, the images document the contrast between intense bodybuilder poses and domestic, candid settings. The result is a series that balances deliberate studio staging with a dynamic, back-of-house atmosphere.
