Echoes of Us is a menswear editorial feature for Port Magazine, captured by photographer Valentin Hennequin. The series explores themes of intimacy and quietude through a collection of studio and location-based portraits. Throughout the spread, the visual language relies on monochrome palettes and high-contrast natural light to accentuate the textures of the garments. Fashion editor Stuart Williamson curates a selection of refined tailoring, balancing structured blazers and oversized outerwear with relaxed, tactile knitwear. The compositions lean into minimalist environments and distressed architectural backdrops, utilizing raw negative space to frame the subjects. The project features modeling by Sekhou Drame and Adria Sane, with casting by Aymeric and hair styling by William Scott Blair, employing editorial, minimalist, and analogue techniques.
