DESTINY, an editorial feature for Office Magazine, explores form and texture through a series of intimate domestic portraits. Helmed by Kristina Shakht in her dual role as photographer and creative director, the series centres on the interplay between the subject’s floor-length braided hair and interior architectural details. The project leans into an analogue aesthetic, utilising a mix of film photography and Polaroid techniques to create a tactile, nostalgic atmosphere. The execution moves between high-contrast monochrome and soft, natural light, using elements like Venetian blinds, sheer fabrics, and domestic props to frame the subject within quiet, private spaces.
