BODYWORK is a fashion editorial series commissioned for Office Magazine. The project explores the intersection of human form, contemporary apparel, and industrial environments, utilizing a high-contrast aesthetic to frame its subjects against vehicles and urban settings. Photographer Bryan Torres captures the series with a focus on tactile textures—ranging from glossy latex and wet glass to distressed denim and metallic hardware. The execution leans into moody, low-key lighting and cinematic framing, with art direction by Andrea García providing a consistent visual narrative throughout the various compositions. Styling by Francisco Ugarte defines the series, integrating vibrant pops of color and intricate detailing against a gritty, atmospheric backdrop. The work incorporates elements of analogue film and high-speed freeze techniques to emphasize movement and materiality.
