ODDA Korea
The Masculinity

May 2026
In The Masculinity for ODDA Korea, the creative team navigates the nuanced intersection of high-concept luxury fashion and raw, human intimacy. This fashion editorial campaign pivots away from traditional, rigid archetypes, instead favoring a delicate balance of vulnerability and bold sartorial expression. Through a lens that leans into editorial minimalism, the project captures a series of striking portraits that prioritize textural storytelling. The imagery frequently utilizes low-key chiaroscuro and high-contrast lighting to carve out the subject's form, casting the wearer in deep, moody shadows that heighten the cinematic quality of the work. Designer Romain Kremer grounds the visual narrative in distinct tactile contrasts, pairing sheer, vibrant fabrics like translucent blue and pink bodysuits against the structured weight of black leather gloves or heavy fur vests. The styling choices, elevated by hair stylist Enez Manav, maintain a clean, grounded aesthetic that allows the fabric's movement to take center stage. With model Eliott Tipp serving as the primary subject, the work oscillates between structured, posed portraiture and quiet, lifestyle-driven moments within domestic spaces. By utilizing natural light to soften the intensity of the settings, the production achieves an evocative equilibrium, demonstrating how luxury garments can function as both armor and an extension of the individual’s own physical presence within an intimate environment.
