Éclipse is a fashion editorial story commissioned for Numéro France, conceptualized through a series of high-contrast compositions. The project leans into low-key lighting and chiaroscuro techniques to emphasize tactile surfaces, ranging from structured metallic fabrics and leather to delicate lace and feather embellishments. Photographer Katja Mayer captures model Melany Rivero across a range of atmospheric studio settings, where architectural props and raw mineral formations ground the visual narrative. Samuel Francois leads the fashion styling, pairing graphic silhouettes with oversized jewelry, while hair stylist Pierpaolo Lai and makeup artist Lloyd Simmonds provide the precision needed for the collection’s avant-garde beauty aesthetic.
