Nu Icons #36 Finesse Covers presents a series of fashion editorials focused on high-contrast styling and precise aesthetic compositions. The project spans several portrait sessions, capturing subjects including Maxime Laval, Mameanta Wade, and Nyayop Toang in distinctively structured, minimalist, and vibrant settings. Photographers Mikael Schulz, Philipp Jelenska, and Vincent Kabbara utilise soft, directional lighting to define the sculptural elements of their subjects' apparel and accessories. The production features meticulous hair styling by Gavin Harwin and Mijo Majhen, paired with high-impact beauty looks executed by makeup artists Hind Sousan and Steven Canavan. These vertical images rely on a clean, editorial aesthetic that balances macro-level detail with bold color gradients.
