Description
Norfolk County Council introduces a new public awareness campaign, Fostering, which utilizes animated storytelling to reach prospective carers. The film centers on the concept of making space for a new foster placement, moving through illustrated vignettes that feature teachers and nursery assistants. Developed by AdSmart from Sky, the motion graphics project leans into a warm color palette and vibrant concentric heart motifs. The creative relies on accessible, clean typography to clearly present its call to action for the Norfolk community.
