Niko
Brand Identity

Jun 2023
The brand identity for retailer Niko centers on a minimalist aesthetic that bridges digital and physical touchpoints. Graphic designer Blair Hodge developed a cohesive visual language characterized by clean typography, an arch icon, and a restrained color palette that emphasizes Nordic-inspired functionality. The project encompasses a range of commercial applications, from e-commerce UI design and motion graphics to tactile packaging and environmental signage. The execution leans into hard light and natural lighting techniques, using sharp shadows and high-contrast composition to highlight material textures like kraft paper, wood, and concrete. Across both static assets and digital mockups, the identity maintains a focus on structural clarity, ensuring that the modular furniture and interior design product range remain the central subjects of the brand's presentation.
