Nia Centre
Brand Identity

Mar 2024
JOAN Creative developed the comprehensive brand identity for Nia Centre for the Arts, centering on a cohesive visual language that bridges architectural signage, digital exhibition displays, and motion graphics. The design system utilizes a distinct arch motif as a framing device, paired with bold, sans-serif typography to anchor the organization's mission across diverse physical and digital touchpoints. The project leverages a refined minimalist aesthetic and a high-contrast monochrome palette, punctuated by deliberate bursts of yellow. From expansive outdoor digital billboards in urban settings to static environmental signage on industrial surfaces, the branding maintains a strong, editorial clarity. The execution integrates kinetic typography and motion graphics to articulate core community pillars, while archival imagery provides a historical dimension to the modern, structured layout.
