Movado
The Curve Collection

Mar 2026
For The Curve Collection, Movado leans into a masterclass of editorial minimalism, defining the intersection of contemporary jewellery and high-end fashion through a series of striking, focused portraits. Photographer Andrew Yee orchestrates a visual narrative that centers on precision and texture, utilizing studio strobe lighting to elevate the metallic luster of the brand’s signature timepieces and stacked accessories. The campaign eschews the noise of traditional advertising, opting instead for a deliberate, clean aesthetic that allows the craftsmanship of the gold and silver pieces to take precedence. The styling, curated by Fashion Editor Erin McSherry, masterfully blends mixed-metal tones and structured garments, creating a sophisticated dialogue between the models' poise and the architectural elements of the watch designs. With expert hair styling by Keith Carpenter and precise makeup artistry by Walter Obal, the portraits capture a diverse range of expressions, from the moody, chiaroscuro-inspired intensity of the low-key shots to the vibrant, candid joy of the natural light portraits. By pairing these refined accessories with minimalist backdrops, the project ensures that the viewer’s eye is drawn naturally to the intricate details of the collection. It is a cohesive, elegant exploration of identity and adornment, proving that in the world of luxury, the most powerful statements are often those delivered with the greatest clarity and intent.
