Description
Meta’s 'Market Place Trot' commercial navigates the common experience of buying and selling through Facebook Marketplace. The narrative tracks an individual in a turkey costume traversing an outdoor environment, before shifting to the user’s experience of securing the item via mobile messaging. Produced by SMUGGLER with creative input from agency Droga5 New York, the spot utilizes live-action cinematography. The aesthetic leans into a retro sensibility, characterized by natural interior and exterior lighting to ground the humorous performance in a domestic setting.
