U Repubblica presents Meguro River, an editorial fashion campaign that explores quiet, urban environments through a documentary lens. Captured on location, the series leans into an observational mood, utilizing natural light and a cool, desaturated color palette to frame its subjects against city bridges, residential streets, and stone architecture. Photographer Takashi Homma grounds the work in an analogue film aesthetic, emphasizing texture and stillness. Creative direction by Ben Kelway complements the fashion-forward styling by Gary David Moore, who punctuates the muted urban backdrop with high-contrast red accents. Casting was managed by Piergiorgio Del Moro and Taka Arakawa, with makeup by Nobuko Maekawa.
