The project centers on a series of covers that strip away the extraneous, focusing instead on the interplay between soft, natural light and bold, tactile details. By utilizing a stark white backdrop, the imagery allows the subjects—model Anna Pavlova and her counterparts—to command the frame with a rare intensity. The deliberate inclusion of natural elements, such as the vibrant orange dahlia obscuring the subject, introduces an organic, textural quality that disrupts the otherwise polished surface of standard luxury media. Through the sharp vision of photographers Eugenio Intini and Jasmina Martiradonna, the covers successfully bridge the gap between classic high-end fashion sensibilities and a more contemporary, art-focused approach to portrait photography.
