MaDe
Brand Identity

Jan 2020
The brand identity for MaDe emerges as a masterclass in contemporary systems design, effectively bridging the gap between high-level tech innovation and accessible information architecture. As a digital platform dedicated to circular economy and sustainable material design, the project utilizes a sophisticated visual language that prioritizes clarity while maintaining a distinct artistic edge. Through the expert graphic design intervention by All Purpose, the brand adopts a modular aesthetic that shifts seamlessly across mediums, from web interfaces to event collateral in Milan, London, and Barcelona. The identity leans into 3D render / CGI techniques, utilizing abstract forms with contrasting textures—ranging from smooth, translucent violet filaments to porous, craggy organic shapes—to represent the transformative nature of material science. This focus on material tactility is grounded by a highly structured UI illustration style, which employs clean sans-serif typography and a soft, deliberate color palette to ensure the user experience remains functional and professional. By pairing these complex abstract elements with a rigid grid layout, the identity communicates its mission as an agent of change with remarkable precision. The project successfully navigates the intersection of commercial reliability and creative experimentation, offering a cohesive visual ecosystem that feels both technically forward-thinking and human-centric, solidifying MaDe as a significant authority within the global tech and design community.
