Turbulent is a fashion editorial series for L'Officiel Baltics that explores intimate human connection through a lens of quiet, observational storytelling. The project leans into a cinematic aesthetic, utilising the interplay between architectural wooden structures and soft, natural woodland environments to frame its subjects. The imagery features contemporary silhouettes and textured layering, captured with a clean, editorial approach. Art directed by Alex Klop with styling by Yulia Ivanova, the work makes frequent use of chiaroscuro lighting and warm, golden tones to heighten the atmosphere. Photographer Anastasia Fursova employs analogue film techniques to create a cohesive, tactile narrative throughout the series.
