Friction Pulse is a fashion editorial project for Les Hommes Publics that explores the juxtaposition of structured tailoring and mechanical, industrial utility. Featuring model Oneway Kyi, the series oscillates between high-key studio minimalism and rugged, outdoor environments, grounding high-fashion silhouettes against the grit of dirt bikes and gravel sites. Photography by Nagi Sakai captures these movements with a distinct editorial flair, utilizing a blend of high-contrast monochrome, grainy analogue film, and sharp, natural light. Creative direction by Antonio Moscogiuri maintains a cohesive tension throughout the set, supported by precise styling from Dione Davis that emphasizes texture and volume. Hair styling by Tuan Anh Tran rounds out the visual narrative, which uses deliberate composition and macro details to highlight the interplay between designer wear and industrial elements.
