Things We Just Smile About is a fashion editorial feature for Justsmile Magazine issue 7, titled ‘What We Carry Forward’. The project presents a series of portraits and interior-focused compositions that lean into a nostalgic and minimalist aesthetic. Photographer Andrés Jaña captures model Lamine Seck in varied settings, utilising natural light and tactile layering to define the mood. The series features creative direction by Bryce Thomas and fashion styling by Ian Bradley and Kevin Hunter. The editorial work relies on a warm, clean visual language, incorporating analogue/film techniques to emphasize textured knitwear and tailored suiting. Hair styling by Rei Kawauchi and makeup by Mical Klip complete the look, with casting directed by Aymeric.
