Hube Magazine’s Interlude project is a fashion editorial series that draws a direct line between contemporary apparel and industrial architecture. The work prioritizes scale and geometry, placing subjects against a backdrop of steel girders, concrete grids, and sawtooth rooflines to create a stark, site-specific narrative. Photographer Luca Soncini utilizes analogue film techniques to capture a tactile contrast between soft clothing textures and hard, modern structures. The editorial makes extensive use of natural light, which defines the depth of the images through sharp shadows and high-contrast monochrome tones. Makeup artist Filippo Ferrari complements the architectural aesthetic with precise, understated styling that maintains focus on the interplay of volume and line. The project captures an intersection of urban environment and individual expression through a series of clean, vertical compositions.
