For Hube Magazine’s 'Do it again with Love' editorial, photographer Maisie Cousins explores the cosmetics and beauty space through a series of macro compositions. The project uses an array of tactile sculptural assemblages to transform standard grooming tools and products into dense, textured arrangements. Defined by a focus on glossy finishes and high-contrast color palettes, the series leans into an artistic, macro aesthetic. Each image captures a raw interplay of materials, combining liquid gels and paint with unexpected elements like faux pearls, beads, and broken cosmetic components to create a highly tactile visual language.
