Hot Desk is a fashion editorial series for The Gentlewoman that explores the intersection of professional workspace environments and contemporary tailoring. Captured by photographer Janneke Van der Hagen, the project utilizes clean studio lighting and natural light to emphasize the tactile qualities of high-end textiles, from structured leather trench coats to textured tweed and fur. Fashion editor Katie Shaw styles the series with a focus on polished, minimalist silhouettes, set against a backdrop of glass desks and earthy, muted green tones. The imagery employs a deliberate, clean composition and macro detailing to spotlight leather accessories and hardware, capturing a restrained and refined aesthetic.
