Misplace is a conceptual fashion editorial series produced for Heroine Magazine, featuring an eclectic study of accessories and luxury items. The project employs a minimalist still life approach, recontextualizing high-end bags, footwear, and jewelry by pairing them with everyday objects like ceramic figurines, vintage keys, and fresh fruit. Each composition emphasizes material contrast and tactile detail through careful arrangement and lighting. Photographer Cameron Bensley and fashion editor Peghah Maleknejad collaborate to transform these fashion staples into sculptural elements. By utilizing clean studio lighting and diverse background textures, the work maintains a polished aesthetic that balances fashion photography with modern conceptual art techniques. The series creates a series of balanced vignettes that highlight product surfaces and form.
