A Real Page Turner is a fashion editorial series for Heroine Magazine that balances contemporary tailoring with nostalgic, preppy influences. Through a mix of studio-based portraiture and quiet, interior-led moments, the project explores the interplay between structured silhouettes and diverse textile textures. Photographed by Francesca Allen, the editorial features model Mimi Dey throughout a range of settings that transition from clean, seamless studio backgrounds to atmospheric outdoor environments. The visual execution relies on tactile styling by Peghah Maleknejad, which often juxtaposes vibrant, patterned knitwear against precise, architectural hair styling by Anna Cofone. With minimalist makeup by Athena Paginton, the series leans into both crisp monochrome palettes and bold, saturated color blocking.
