HERO Summer Zine: The Hang

The Hang is a fashion editorial series commissioned for HERO Summer Zine. Photographed by Danielle Levitt, the project captures a series of candid moments featuring a diverse cast of models in various outdoor and suburban settings. The visual narrative leans into a nostalgic, early-2000s streetwear aesthetic, utilizing a blend of analogue film and natural light to emphasize texture and youthful energy. Fashion editor and stylist Zoey Radford Scott complements the editorial direction through a curated selection of layered apparel, including distressed denim, oversized blazers, and graphic sportswear. The project oscillates between warm golden hour outdoor scenes and controlled interior shots, employing techniques such as flash and grainy processing to evoke a candid, documentarian feel.
