HERO Summer Zine

The HERO Summer Zine features actor and model Lola Tung in a series of editorial portraits captured by photographer Luisa Opalesky. Set across various outdoor locations, the project utilizes natural light to emphasize raw, candid textures ranging from weathered concrete walls to lush garden foliage. The imagery employs an analogue aesthetic, leaning into a documentary-style approach to portraiture. Fashion editor and stylist Peghah Maleknejad curated the wardrobe, which incorporates diverse patterns and layered textures. The creative team is rounded out by hair stylist Adlena and makeup artist Maki Ryoke, whose contributions maintain a consistent, relaxed tone throughout the series.
